Join NAWIC Cleveland for our February Membership Meeting featuring Mandy McIntyre, a leader and advocate for mental health, psychological safety, and people-first leadership in the construction industry.
This timely conversation will explore the importance of mental health in construction, how leaders can foster supportive cultures, and why prioritizing people ultimately strengthens teams and organizations.
About the Speaker
Mandy McIntyre is the CM Development Manager for WTI, a GC subsidiary of the Tremco Construction Products Group. Her work focuses on developing strong leaders and creating cultures where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
She is also the founder of Level Up Consultants, partnering with organizations to advance mental health, psychological safety, and people-first leadership. Mandy is the outgoing DEI Committee Chair and former Cleveland Council Chair for National Women in Roofing.
