The 2024 NAWIC Cleveland Board Installation was a memorable and deeply inspiring event, marking the transition of leadership with both tradition and emotion. This year, President Jessica VanGelder was honored with the chapter’s original 1968 President’s Pin, a symbol of the strength and continuity of leadership within NAWIC Cleveland. In a touching moment, the pin was passed to Jessica by her daughter, Jylianne Matejovsky, bringing tears to Jessica’s eyes as she accepted the honor.
